Acting as main contractor the works involved turning an empty industrial unit into a fully working kettlebell kitchen store. This included kitchen installation, installation of new eating area / public serving area and new counters etc.  

Works involved the design of the kitchen area & supply and install of specialist kitchen equipment. M&E installations including data, fire alarms & fixtures & fittings including computer flooring and specialist bespoke counter. 

MBC were principal contractor on the scheme & undertook this as part of a design & build contract. We undertook full M&E design. Design of new counter tops etc. The project was a quick turnaround as deadlines had to be met for the stores grand opening.
